Petaluma Academy of Martial Arts is now offering a new self-defense system called ESS, Essential Survival Skills. What separates ESS from other programs is ESS is usable anytime, anywhere. ESS is simple and safe to learn, it is based on self-defense concepts, you will remember what you learned. No experience required, all ages are welcome. |
1st.... Learn basic SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS, Balance, Strikes, Targeting and Weapons. 2nd.... Become aware of your surroundings, physically and mentally. 3rd.... Practice realistic scenarios, utilizing the skills you have just learned. Roll play with a partner, learn to work together against an attacker! |
