and agressiveness into a non-violent outlet
and manage anger in a positive way.

Over 30 years of martial arts experience.
Instructor of Kids & Adult Group Classes.
Mr. Benton has studied numerous martial

JONATHAN REHBERG
Over 15 years of martial arts experience.
Instructor of Kids Group Classes.
Mr. Rehburg was a student at PAMA as
as child, & returned as an adult.
MARK BARBER
Over 30 years of martial arts experience.
Instructor of Kids & Adult Group Classes,
Private Lessons & Balance Class.
TONY CRAIN
Over 10 years of martial arts experience.
4 years Kenpo Karate & 6 years other martial art disciplines.
